I recently had to bring my vehicle to Brake Masters for a major repair, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the repair process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A special thank you to Rockie, one of the service managers, who went above and beyond. He immediately put me at ease, took the time to explain everything clearly, and was incredibly accommodating to my situation and the tight timeframe I was working with. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way he does. This wasn’t my first time using this shop, and once again they proved why I keep coming back. Their team is honest, reliable, and provides exceptional customer service without making you feel pressured or taken advantage of. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to have your vehicle serviced or repaired, I highly recommend Brake Masters. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll definitely continue bringing my vehicles here. Thank you again, Rockie, and the entire team for making a stressful repair such a positive experience!

Adaliene and Benjamin provided such excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location if you want to receive excellent communication regarding your vehicle needs. Adaliene explain next steps once they took a look at the air conditioner issue we were experiencing. She was so thorough and provided education regarding the malfunction that I had never received before. Benjamin was delightfully professional and welcoming from the time I scheduled my appointment. Thank you both for being so awesome! I believe you both love what you do and and it shows. 😊

Super kind team! Benjamin helped answer all my questions and got me in for an appointment super quick. Let me know about current promotions they had going to bring down the cost since I procrastinated my breaks for so long 😅 grateful and felt super taken care of!

Coming in from New York City to check on my son's car - I was very impressed with the level of service and honesty that Brakes Plus provided me with. Adaliene and Austin told me exactly what I needed - and didn't try to sell me on things that I didn't. Their prices are very affordable, and I encourage anyone with car troubles to come to this Brakes Plus location in Gilbert. Adaliene and Austin are my new service advisor and technician in Arizona. You can even get some great Birria Tacos at Senor Taco directly next door to the shop!

I had a great experience at Brakes Plus. Jeremy was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. I originally came in because I was having issues with my headlights, and they were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. While I was there, they also performed a complimentary brake inspection and let me know that I’ll likely need brakes in the near future. They even checked my battery and explained what to keep an eye on, which I really appreciated. I never felt pressured, just informed and taken care of. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, and it’s clear they genuinely care about helping their customers. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs. Thank you, Jeremy and the Brakes Plus team!
